When will my order Ship?
Your MHS Collections order is carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 business days via courier (we no longer use Canada Post). Your pieces will arrive safely and ready to enjoy, whether you’re cozy at home or out on an adventure.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We want you to love every piece! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original condition, tags on, and free from soil or animal hair. Return shipping via courier is the purchaser’s responsibility. If an item isn’t available, we’ll happily issue a store credit for future purchases.
What is your Return Policy?
Sometimes I miss things—and that’s okay, I am human, such as rip, stains or defects that I look over during inventory control.
Returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition, tags on, no soil or animal hair.
Return shipping via courier is MY responsibility. Proof of defect via text or email will be required, as well as full inspection of item PRIOR to full refund.

Can I collaborate with your online shop or mobile boutique?
I’m very intentional about the brands and collaborations I align with, as I focus on pieces and partnerships that reflect my values and community. If you’d like, send over more details about your brand and vision, and I’d be happy to see if it’s a good fit!
Can you create Events & Ladies Nights if I had a place and space in mind?
Curating intimate maker markets and meaningful ladies’ nights is where I thrive. If you have a location or idea stirring, reach out — I’d love to create something beautiful with you.
Do you offer Custom Small to Large Business Apparel?
Yes! I do offer custom apparel for small to large businesses. However, I’m no longer able to create custom logos myself due to time constraints, so you would need to provide a logo (or work with a graphic designer).
