Hi, I’m Courtney — the heart behind Heart & Soul Collections.
I’m a mom of two, a lover of adventure, and someone who believes in living life with everything you got.
Cozy-chic, easy outfits have always been a part of my life. They’re more than just clothes — they’re a bridge to bringing women together, sharing stories, and uplifting each other. I love teaching women to dress with purpose: to choose pieces that fit their bodies as they are, feel comfortable, and reflect who they truly are. When you dress intentionally, comfortably, and confidently, it completely changes how you feel about yourself — and how you move through your day.
That philosophy became the foundation of my mobile boutique — a space to slow down, connect in person, and enjoy intimate gatherings like ladies’ nights or local pop-up markets.
Through my online store, mobile boutique, and future events, I’m creating spaces where women can pause, embrace life, and feel their best — stylish, confident, and fully themselves.
FACTS ABOUT ME
-
I BUILT MY BUSINESS WITH A 4 MONTH OLD ON MY HIP
It wasn’t glamorous. It was late nights, tears, and deep sleep deprivation — but it was also a big dream carried with a whole lot of heart.
I wanted to create a life that allowed me to raise my children the way I remember being raised — with a mom who was present for the little moments that mattered.
I wanted the freedom to build something meaningful, to work to my own rhythm, and to be able to pack up and go on an adventure without asking permission from my schedule.
It didn’t happen overnight. In fact, entrepreneurship has been more work than I ever imagined. But through the challenges, it has shaped me.
It has taught me grit, discipline, intention, and confidence.
Most of all, it has shown my children what it looks like to chase dreams, goals and freedom of life — they see that life, adventure, family, friends are more important than needing it all to have a fullfilled life.

HOW DID MY MOBILE BOUTIQUE COME ABOUT
My mobile boutique came to life while I was dreaming about opening a retail store — but I also wanted the freedom to stay home with my kids, be there when they’re sick, go on adventures, and live life on our own schedule.
One day, while sitting at camp, I was thinking about how to run a business that truly reflected who I am — someone who values freedom, adventure, and flexibility. That’s when a cargo trailer full of machines drove by, and it hit me: if machines can travel anywhere, why can’t my store?
That’s when I decided to buy a blank cargo trailer and transform it into a space that’s bright, beautiful, and completely me.
It now gives me the ability to open and close the doors on my schedule — and my kids’ — while bringing my boutique to wherever I want to go.
The best part? Meeting incredible women, hearing their stories, helping them feel confident, and helping them get dressed.
Every day, it reminds me that this adventure is about connection, creativity, and freedom — and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

WHERE I THRIVE
Where I thrive is in real connection — traveling with my mobile boutique, meeting people from all over, sharing laughter, and creating intimate events where women feel seen, celebrated, and inspired. I get to see you in person, feel your vibe, and really help you get dressed for your body as it is — and honestly, this fills my bucket .
These are the experiences I want to focus on going forward: curating meaningful gatherings, connecting face-to-face, and building moments that are personal, joyful, and intentional.
It’s in these spaces — the conversations, the smiles, and the shared stories — that my heart and creativity truly come alive.

CAMPING IS IN MY SOUL
My childhood summers at Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park were filled with bikes, lake swims, boating, campfires, and the kind of freedom you never forget.
Fast forward to today, and I now get to create the same lifestyle for my own kids - slow mornings, friendships, wild adventures, and memories that they will hopefully remember as much as I will.

BIRDS - OKAY HERE WE GO
I extremely dislike birds. Yes, they’re beautiful… but they swoop, they fly, and I just know one day they’ll dive-bomb right into my face. No thank you.

TWO FOODS ON REPEAT
If I had to pick two things I could eat on repeat, it would be tacos and Smarties.
Tacos are simple, but oh so satisfying — loaded with meat, onions, peppers, lots of cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and jalapeño, the absolute best.
And Smarties… there’s something about those colors, the hard shell that slowly softens, that makes me want more and more with every handful, it's strange but it's my thing.

MY ONE THING
When my mind feels full, the house busy, my creative brain busy, the lists long, work pulling me in different directions, I grab my keys and head for a drive.
Music up, windows down. That’s where I breathe again. That’s where I come back to myself. I’ve always needed quiet moments, a space to reset, re-group and breathe.
That’s how I have always moved through life, taking a minute to re-charge my own batteries.
