Exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original condition, tags on, and free from soil or animal hair. Return shipping via courier is the purchaser’s responsibility.

If an item isn’t available, we’ll happily issue a store credit for future purchases.

Although we don't offer refunds on size mis-haps, don't really like scenarios or I changed my mind.

We do offer full refunds in the event of a rip, stain, or defect.
